I just had oral surgery to remove a lump in my lower left lip and was completely impressed with Dr. Goldstein and his entire staff. They were all respectful, courteous and, above all, professional. The office was immaculate, the staff was incredibly organized and Dr. Goldstein was wonderful putting me at ease before the operation. If I ever need oral surgery again, I would only consider going to Dr. Goldstein, even if he no longer took my insurance!
About Front Desk: Front desk and phone manner of Dr. Goldstein's staff was excelent. Exceeded my best expectations!

Dont ever use this guy- had to have lower wisdom teeth removed due to pain & ended up with even more excruciating pain for 2 months- i pleaded after 4 more visits following surgery to figure out what was going on- got so desperate w/pain that i started researching, and found it could be a dry socket. Mentioned this to goldstein & he rudely dismissed it. Told me to take motrins & I was sent home w/dressings that didnt work. I didnt sleep at night for 2 months due to horrific pain that made me contemplate suicide. Finally, it subsided with the help of my physician who prescribed anti-inflammatory steroids. My dentist & other professionals have told me it was prob a dry socket just as i had mentioned before. His bedside manner was also indifferent & didnt even introduce himself properly. He dismissed all my pleas for help & acted like I had no idea what i was talking about when i mentioned my desperate research w/tears in my eyes. Spent $3000 for alot more pain than before surgery to find now it could've been relieved by some basic meds. His buddy, Dr. Rosa is his partner/ bed-pal & won't defer from Goldsteins dismissive & small-minded opinions, though Rosa did say after 2 weeks that i still had inflammation.
About Front Desk: Staff is ok- nothing to write home about. They act more like minions to their superiors, and stand by theyre state of the art equipment which is great for technology and impressing patients, but not so adept at dealing empathetically or sympathetically w/patients in pain

I can't see how anyone could be a better oral surgeon than Dr. Goldstein. He has a warm, friendly demeanor, with a manner of confidence that makes you feel at ease and in good hands. I have had four dental extractions by Dr. Goldstein over the past six years, and I would not consider going to anyone else. I would refer my friends and loved ones to Dr. Goldstein without hesitation. He has earned my complete trust.

doc removed a small growth inside cheek summer of 2006. excellent visit. fantastic "dental chair manner". painless quick procedure while i was awake. no insurance problem. had a recent visit - december 2008 to re-epoxy a crown that came loose while flossing. they took me on a saturday morning without an appointment, replaced the crown and didn't even charge me !!!! this surgical group is a gem!!!
