Very prompt, I was only in the waiting room about 3 minutes after I filled out my chart. The cost was reasonable and the woman at the desk was very helpful. I found Dr. Friedman to be in a hurry. He didn't speak with me about what was going to happen and didn't address my concerns. His hygienists were very kind and gentle, but the experience was still awful, and he had to stop in the middle of the extraction to give me more novocain. I will NOT see him again. I would recommend that if you choose to see him, schedule two different appointments, one for a consultation, and one for the procedure.

They also ruined my credit because they could not get their billing department to bill the correct insurance. Billing staff is very unprofessional!

Excellent oral surgeon, excellent service and results.
However extremely expensive and greedy.
I used 2 insurances to pay the total bill of $700 for one extraction. Still office claimed I owed them $64. I contested it. They ruined my credit for 2 years for measly $64. Excellent oral surgeon, but very unprofessional billing conduct.
