Dr. Philbert is very rude to patients even a few minutes before surgery. He works a medical center where patients are seen mostly by residents. He did not bother to meet me prior surgery if i do not ask to meet him in person. He is very sarcastic doctor who demands to be respected however he does not show respect and sympathy for patients. The day of the oral surgery, just before going into the operation room, the anesthesiologist put the IV needle on my left hand but it was hurting a bit. As someone who had another different surgery last year (2011). At the other surgery last year my hand did not hurt with the IV's needle Dr. Philbert approached to me and I told him my hand was hurting. He asked me to Shut Up because I was always complaining. It is simply not True. I did not reply anything to him at that moment because I didn't want to go under the knife all stressed out. This Dr. lacks sympathy for his patients, and cares a penny about how his patients feel during the post-op recovery.
