I was bleeding excessively after having a wisdom tooth pulled a few days earlier by his partner. I rushed in and Dr Kramer was the dentist that saw me. He gave me Novocaine right away but would not wait long enough time for me to be totally numb. He was pretty rough and I would even say mean. It seemed to like he was in a very big rush so he did not give me the best care. I did not feel like I was treated like a person. I would not recommend this surgeon to others
