He is too old to be performing any type of surgery. He caused me nerve damage.

I was referred to him in order for my 14 yr old to have surgery on her jaw and I have United Health Care. He made the comment that he wasn't a out of network doctor because they received "welfare rates and although I have kids that come here on medicaid its an insult to a doctor to get paid welfare rates" I said I think somethings should stay in your head and not come out of your mouth..No thanks doctor

I had what they call “gummy smile”. I am a 14 year old girl with an embarrassing smile. In middle school everyone is out there to make fun of you and make you feel bad about yourself. Everyone has their own flaws. Mine was my smile. I had many nick names, such as: Mrs.Gummy, Gummy mouth, Donkey, and Gummy. It was so bad that even teachers called me these nick names. They didnt understand why I was called those names, they thought it was just for fun. What they didn’t know was it wasn’t for fun. It was just cruel names students called me. It got so bad that my own best friends made fun of me. That really didn’t bother me that much but what really got me was when my own boy friend caught on with it and called me those names.
I finally decided that this needed to stop. I went to Dr.Supers office and they said that my smile would be all fixed and that I would have a smile to die for. After they finished, I was no longer “Gummy” I was now “perfect smile”. I love my results and my smile. Now I can be at school not worrying about what name they will call me. I smile proudly all thanks to Dr. Super.

This doctor performed a major jaw surgery on my teenage son and botched it horribly. He now speaks with a terrible lisp which has everyone calling him 'gay', has extensive nerve damage in his jaw and chin and has not had the original problem corrected. I feel that Dr. Super is too old to be doing these difficult surgeries, he has to be at least 77, probably older. The staff was sweet until it became obvious the operation had failed - then they became hostile and evasive. One thing they are good at is billing your insurance company 3x the normal rate of a surgery.

Been a disaster. My issue was strictly cosmetic & 4 wks post op, people don't know my b4 photos from after photos, they don't see what I had done, they don't think I look better. & that was whole point for $25k. I had NO bite problems, just a long face and gummy smile. Being close to middle age ,I think by moving the jaw up and leaving the rest my face alone, I look older, my face doesn't look shorter because my skin now sags more with less bone under it, I wasn't warned about this, he also showed me picture 4 years ago of how my lips would come together nicely post op, now he says bec it took me 4 years to get the surgery done, he couldn't get the same result, he claims I did something to my face to make that not possible, I did ONE thing, which was put some pmma filler in base of my nose, BUT, he was able to remove it during surgery, so in other words he UNDID what I DID so therefore it should have meant I could get the 2007 result. He still can't explain to me why if he took out the one thing I did to change things, why we couldn't get the original prediction. I also look older bec u see my bottom teeth w/mouth hanging open at rest. You're sposed see top teeth. My mouth lines sag downward more. I'd like say more.

He is perhaps one of the most competant and smartests doctors I have ever know. There is no price too high when one has had some of the problems I have had.
