I had to pay for the surgery. I came for a consult and the doctor said a certain price. On the day of the surgery I was told something else. Suggest anyone going to him should get the break down and cost in writing before.

I was taken fast, the service was pain free, & the bill was shocking in the sense it was far less than i expected!

Dr. Birnbaum is excellent!
I went to him after having an impacted wisdom tooth partially taken out, in which I was in extreme pain. He was very thorough in explaining to me why my tooth was huting and why I was in so much pain and agreed to take the tooth out since I did not trust the oral surgeon that removed part of the wisom tooth. I was in pain for 2 weeks before he took the tooth out and within 1 day after the removal I was basically pain free!!!!!
Very confident in what he does, I would recommend Dr. Birnbaum to all of my family members and friends!

He is an excellent surgeon and wonderful with children. both of my kids had extensive work done by him. he was excellent with them and i was informed of the total procedures on both of them.
