nasty man full of Ego....0 bedside manner....thumb down! he walks out of the room if you whimper and makes faces at you he doesn't know to give more numbing injection if you're in pain good luck to all of you that go there

Dr Brookstone's work is good...So long as you don't have to interact with him, otherwise...I was degraded, insulted and made to feel as if I was below him...I believe it is because I have MEDICAID __ I also left Untreated and my friend who accompanied me and My Son were dumbfounded by this Dr's poor behavior. Oddly enough, I believe he does good work, if you can get in and out of there with no other issues coming up.
About Front Desk: The girl at the window was pleasant enough and sympathetic once the Dr came out and began verbally cutting me down. The lady at the computer behind her was uttering negative things under her breath, mistakenly thinking I couldn't hear her. I am not the only person who has had negative experience with this Dr. Strangely enough, the other person I know also has MEDICAID. I believe this Dr thinks he is "better than" and actually enjoys ripping people's teeth out of their heads.

DR IS RIGHT TO THE POINT IN AND OUT AND PAINLESS, OFFICE STAFF IS NICE AND HELPFUL
