I have been seeing Dr. Backhus for about 15 years along with my parents, wife and brother. He and his staff treat us like family. I love sugar and tend to have at least a cavity per visit and the doc has done a great job on at least 15 fillings.
About Hygienist: Laura is a dental hygienist here. Wouldn't want anyone else cleaning my teeth!!!

I had Dr. Backhus work on an extremely infected molar, which was crowned beautifully. I came in as an emergency case and was squeezed in the same day. I have since then, become a regular patient. The assistants customer service was wonderful. Suzie, at the front desk, worked with my dental coverage to maximize the work I needed to get done and to minimize my out-of-pocket cost. They are very gentle and check your comfort levels frequently. Nothing but smiles here! I would recommend this staff to anyone!
