I have had 4 teeth pulled in the past and needed a cracked wisdom tooth pulled. Dr. Smith's assistant was an incredible woman. He; however, was very impatient and seemed stressed! He gave me the novocaine shot and in a little bit, came back to pull the tooth. He started to pull and I grunted a little. He asked me did it hurt. I said yes. He told me I would feel some pain. I told him I could feel EVERYTHING. I needed more novocaine. I had had teeth pulled. I knew I would feel pressure, but this was pain! He kept trying to pull it without more drugs. I kept moaning (IT HURT!) and he threw his tool down and yelled at me (yes yelled), "Stop being a baby!!" I said excuse me?? He then went and got more novocaine. After that, I was fine, but near tears because of his treatment of me. I had little pain afterwards and it heeled nicely, but I would NEVER recommend anyone going to see this man who treats his patients so rude. (and I worked there!)
