We brought our child to Mr. Jeffrey Reddicks for an extraction. We unfortunately had a very uncomfortable and unpleasant visit with this man. Due to hearing disturbing stories about the use of Nitrous Oxide with children, we were somewhat concerned with the use of it on our child. So we initially opted out of the use of the gas. This must of upset Mr. Reddick because he seemed to be VERY aggravated by our decision which started to show while he was working on our child and when he started getting upset and frustrated during the extraction making comments like "This isn't going to work" and "I'm not going to be able finish this today!". Your aggressive nature forced my spouse into making a decision that she was very uncomfortable and uninformed in making Mr. Reddicks. Instead of "throwing a fit", You could have at least explained to her that this was a safe procedure and had some compassion and understanding with the concerns of your patient instead of losing your patience. You frightened her. Your "sudden" aggressive nature while using a syringe in my 11 year old daughters mouth frightened her as well. You should be ashamed of yourself sir! I will be filing a formal complaint with your superiors at Willamette Dental.

I was seen by dr. reddicks october of 2006, i was perscribed too much ativian which was confirmed by two Medical Dr's including a neurologist. Williamette dental didnt want to compensate me for me injuries today i am sitting on approxitmately $5000 dollars worth of medical bills. My advice would be to make sure that you check with another dr before taking any prescription that you are given by dr. reddicks. Any time a dds tells you "i give everybody the same dose, everyone reacts differently" something is wrong. I am still trying to get some type of compensation for my damages. Please be careful when being treated by this dr. This is the only oral surgeon for Willamette Dental. FYI
