Read Reviews for Dr. Kipp Hammon
I arrived for my appointment on an extremely cold morning. The doctor was not there. The office staff was locked out. No one got into the office until 15 minutes after my appointment was scheduled.
When the doctor arrived he was hurried. He was a good technician, very quick. He was more concerned that he was behind schedule, in my opinion, than anything else. It wasn't my fault that he was late.
He didn't want to answer questions or talk just get on with it.
After the numbing gel I felt granules in my mouth. He said they weren't there, couldn't be there. I could feel them at the back of my throat and tried to get them out. I did get a couple out on my finger.
After a search on line, I found one side effect of numbing gels is white flakes in the mouth. I have had experience of reacting to medications that many people have no reactions to. That's
why I carry my medicine list and allergies with me.
I'm glad my tooth is out.
I would not like to see this dentist again.
Some of the office staff was exceptional.
One of the office girls needs to go back to school to learn how to handle questions, concerns, and how to be polite and informed.
