very unhappy about my visit. The Dr. made a very ;stressful situation even more stressful. He made me feel like worthless piece of sh*t as I was paying the expensive bill for absolutely nothing. I won't go back. It seemed as if he only cared about his own well being.

Took an hour to get in for consult that took 5 minutes. Took an hour and a half to have them tell me my son's wisdom teeth was cancelled due to their equipment not working. Girls at front desk were less than helpful. Cancelled procedure to find another Doctor. Very dis-satisfied with customer service!
About Front Desk: Relatively useless and slightly rude to patients.

Dr. Cunning has done 2 oral implants for me. He is gr-8! I am a major chicken and was willing to twilight me to do all procedures. I have been to most of his offices and love the staff. He has always given me honest opinions and even given me his cell # when I was having a problem that he corrected when I 1st met him. All my children will be going to him with any oral problems.

Dr. Cunning is by far the best doctor I have ever dealt with. He is patient, caring and best of all listens to you and your concerns. He major objective is to do everything he can to fix or help you with your current situation. I have suffered with severe TMJ for years, he performed a procedure that has given me years of relief. He explained every step of the procedure and was honest about every aspect.
Since then I have refered him to several friends, and have had my own sons request him for their wisdom teeth removal. He did not dissappoint!! his kind nature makes for someone people like to go to and trust.
I would highly recommend him to anyone.

My son had wisdom teeth removed with excellent results: minimal pain and swelling. Dr. Cunning called personally the following day to make sure he was doing okay. I was very impressed.

Recommended by his brother (family dentist). Placed implant which was much too large. It caused excessive bone erosion and gum recession. I ended up going out of town to an old dentist who diagnosed the problem. This dentist sent me to a periodontist who agreed with him and removed the implant. This was a painful, stressful, time consuming and expensive process.

My wife had her wisdom teeth removed over two months ago. First we had to pay a $200 co-pay which we were told we would get refunded later. I paid it, and then they told us we never paid it. I had to fax them my credit card statement to fix that. Then I get an e-mail from my insurance company telling me the $1200 claim was denied because they didn't receive requested information. I called Aetna and they told me they requested x-rays from Cunning's office twice and didn't get them. They still owe me $200 and now they're not co-operating to settle the claim for another $1200. I will never go to that office again. Stay away from them unless you want your insurance claim to be mishandled at every step.
