First impression of office was dirty. After I had the consultation with the doctor I never came back. Girls in office were pleasant but doctor himself was rude and arrogant! It seemed like he did not want to spend the time explaining my procedure..so happy I went with another office for my dental work!!

Do not go ! I wound up with another oral surgeon because I was not believed or listened to when I stated that I still could eat or even drink from a glass -I. I had to go through more corrective surgery which was painful and expensive. Needless to say, I went to another oral surgeon. Had the doctor done an x ray, he would have seen the problem. They are also money hungry in this office. so , stay away for all reasons..

About Front Desk: the girls are okay but have no problem "asking" for payment and one feels that they are out for the money, Not their fault really-they do what they are told.

I know this doctor: 12 MONTHS

I had 2 teeth pulled and had to get stitches as part of the recovery. Well, I had to come back a week after I got the teeth pulled to get the stitches out. Before I left I had to make an appointment for next week, they told me I had a $275.00 copay. They did not discuss this on the phone with me prior to my appointment, so I had no idea that I would have that much of a copay because I have DeltaDental insurance. So I made the appointment and came back a week later. Now i'm only 19 with a 2month old baby, and I go to school, I have no job. I told the lady up front that I was willing to do payment plans, they told me no and that they were not taking my stitches out until I had the full amount of $275. That is illegal by the way. Dentists, doctors, anything, has to make payment plans with you! I begged and pleaded and cried explaining to everyone, including the dentists, that I was willing to give them the last $20 in my pocket, even though my son was on his last can of formula, and they rudely stated that there was nothing I could do and that I just needed to go home, deal with the stitches in my mouth, deal with the pain, and come back when I "coughed up" the full amount. 3weeks later with the stitches still in, i seen someone else

About Front Desk: Very very rude & ignorant!
