Unprofessional and unorganized. No one knows what they are doing.
Waited 45 minutes for a check up.

Horrible staff. DR. Murphy nice... they use Crozer for dental extractions... Crozer is horrible!
Girl with dark long hair and attitude at front desk harassed me in front of other staff and patients because I was not aware I had a Co pay. She demanded I call her back with my credit card and would not send bill to my residence.
They lost my business!

Facility not nice at all... very dingy and old tv in waiting room..... MAKE YOUR POTENTIAL PATIENTS FEEL WARM AND WELCOME.... ITS NOT HARD!

Stay away! There are plenty of good, kind, decent oral surgeons in the area- this is not one of them. Dr. Paolino enjoys being condescending and judgemental; especially towards women. He does not treat patients as partners in their own health care. His is the only opinion that matters. I went for a simple consult and left in tears. He went so far as to write "1983" and "2014" on a piece of paper to indicate to me that he has been a dentist 31 years. He then said, "this is how long I have doing this- listen to me!" I have never been treated so badly by a dentist. Total superiority complex and very aggressive manner.

Do not go to this dentist! Or if you do make sure you check your own insurance. Or they will see you charge you and tell they don't take your insurance! I gave them my insurance info when making appt. and when I arrived for appt. then I received a bill a few weeks later for $255 and saying they don't take my insurance! Really? Isn't that why you took my insurance info??? So unprofessional!
About Front Desk: Need to do their job! Check insurance coverage before you see PT! So unprofessional!!!

Difficult and unprofesstional, both dr paolino and his wife, they are curt and treat their staff awful, would never go to this office, I don't care how good he is.

He may be a decent oral surgeon but his people skills are absolutely horrible. He insults his own staff and has a condescending attitude and need to be superior. I would not go see this doctor because he lacks empathy and is just plain mean to the people who support him.

I had a emergency situation and Dr. Paolino took care of me immediately. His office staff was very warm and gracious.
When having a dental surgery it can be filled with anxiety.
He was a wonderful and skilled provider who not only educated me with what the problem was but also what the course of treament would be and was able to perform this on the same day. He is a very caring and sincere physician who anyone child or adult would be in the best hands possible.
I am very fortunate that he was able to take such good care of me!
