I needed my back molar #31 tooth extracted. I went via a foundation for people with no dental insurance. First, the assistants and hygienists were very nice and calming. They asked every important question known to mankind. They didn't treat me different because I was a foundation patient either. Gabriella was awesome. The Dr came in and was very nice. He didn't cut me off or treat me like an idiot. He shook my hand afterward. The novacain needles always hurt me because of my FMS but when it came to the extraction itself, He did it so fast and painless I didn't even know he finished!! I highly recommend This place. Also, even though I didn't have to pay full price, I saw the bill and it was very average and affordable from what I saw

Dr. Iilacqua was excellent. his office staff is something else. Rude. It's hard enough to have to go through this kind of thing, but to have people there who are mean and surly. Well it shouldn't be.

I didn't like him at all. He lacks people skills.I was very upset but he made me more upset!
I tried to like him but it was impossible. Not much interested in how much pain you are in.Gave conflicting information at different times.
I had no clear idea of what would happen when.
Hard to reach. They won't contact him at the other office.
Focus is all on when, how and how much they are going to be paid. They had an HMO referral for an office visit but still went after more money from a dental plan that was needed for all the other work. A real highlight was leaning against the
counter bleeding wanting to leave while they filled out paperwork. Not even a chair offered.

Dr. Ilaqua was very imfomative. I felt comfortable at all times. I am still recovering after having 4 extractions just yesterday. The pain medication he prescribed is a big help. I was sedated, therefore I don't remember much of the surgery. I paid $300 out of pocket and my insurance paid over $1200. That is very expensive in my opinion. Overall, I would recommend Dr. Ilaqua, after all, Dr Ilaqua was recommended by my orthodontist.

Dr Ilacqua is the best. Very informative and caring surgeon. Operation was a success, expensive though. But I guess you have to pay for the best.

I thought that Dr. Ilaqua did a very through job, was pleased with not only the Dr. but with the staff. The healing was right on target with what was indicated, and Dr. Ilacqua even did a follow up call that same evening (unheard of in today's market) to insure that I was not having any additional issues. I would recommend Dr. Ilacqua without heistation.
