i went to this this doctor, i my husband did also.
the office is very old fashioned, needs to be updated, the nurses i had huge problems with, both times i went there! i had went there for myself & with my hubby a few months later. the nurses are unsure of co-payments, they made a mistake with my insurance & the second time i went back with my husband, when i had my wisdom teeth pulled, i paid way too much for the co-payment soo i had to inform them, they mailed me out a personal check a month later!!!! & the only reason i knew i paid too much is because i called my health insurance company! & when my husband went, they messed up on the co-payment! they dont know insurance information. he was told to pay 20% for a xray but it was totally wrong, he had to pay the total price, we recieved a bill later!
the nurses need to go back to school!

Dr. Sicilia was the dentist who removed all of my wisdom teeth. He and his staff are nice. I now need another tooth extracted and will go back to him for sure.

I was in a lot of pain from a tooth that needed to be extracted. Due to a cancellation, Dr. Sicilia was able to see me within an hour of my call. His office staff was was extremely helpful, nice, and friendly. I felt comfortable right away. Dr. Sicilia made sure my stress level remained low by reassuring me that I wouldn't feel anything, informed me of what he was going to do, and talked about what was happening during the procedure and assured me it was going well. I felt absolutely nothing while he was working. Dr. Sicilia's cost was very reasonable and the least expensive of the three I called. Now that the proceudre is over, I'm glad HE is the one that could take me on an emergency basis.....I couldn't have made a better choice!
