Took my daughter to Dr Tauberg for wisdom teeth removal. He explained what he was going to do thoroughly. How he performs the sedation himself, but wears a blue tooth heart monitor to ensure safety. All's good right? NOOOOO!!!
He gave my daughter 15 at the time too much fentenal and caused her to go into convulsions. I saw her feet kicking and a shoe fly so I ran back to the exam room, took one look and told the nurse to call 911 now. He gave her the anti drug. The paramedics showed up and when we were leaving to go to Children's, Dr. Tauberg looked at me and said I should thank him. Oh how I was mad. Once at the hospital I called for the records for the medications and he told me to contact his lawyer. Even Madder NOW!!! I would think his only thought would be to help out a sick little girl, but his thought was to CYA at any cost. Unbelievable.
I would call him extremely over confident in his abilities that almost cost my daughters life. Unacceptable.

my only issue is that they schedule me for an appointment but never tell me the time of the appt and when I call their office they are closed, they continually call me and leave meaasge to confirm my appt but they never tell me the time of the appt. very frustrating because now I probably have to cancel because I work a full time job and cant just get up in the am and guess if i have to go to the dentist or not and the answering service was very mean

Dr. Tauberg removed my sons' wisdom teeth. My older son, had two partially impacted teeth and one fully impacted. My middle son had two partially and two fully impacted. Our experience with Dr. Tauberg was like no other. We have never been to a Doctor that was both professional and personable. He was wonderful! He explained everything in detail, showed us exactly what needed done and answered all our questions in a reassuring and calm manner. He greeted my sons and I personally upon entering the office. His office staff was also very professional. I hope we never need an oral surgeon again but if we do we will look forward to seeing Dr. Tauberg again.

Dr Tauberg and his medical staff are wonderful. But be aware his support staff are extremely poor in handling the insurance . It has been 6 months and several phone calls after my daughter's wisdom teeth extractions and they still have not summitted the insurance to my dental plan. They are extremely disorganized and although I completed the leg work prior to our arrival they continue to either misplace the documentation or blame the insurance company that still hasn't received the claim.

He explained in detail everything that was going to occur. Always answered questions and made decisions on what is best for the patient. HIGHLY recommend! Office staff treated me as one of their own. Called me on their own to make sure I was feeling well even a week after the surgery.

I recently visited Dr Tauberg concerning 4 teeth I had to have removed, 2 wisdom and 2 others. He explained my options to me in great detail and was extemely informative. I think I could have done the surgery myself after listening to his explanation of what was going to take place. I had the procedure done and was very comfortable knowing I was recieving excellent care. Dr. Tauberg went so far as to call me himself later that day to see how I was feeling. I highly recommend his services. the man cares about his patients. He'll take good care of you.

Dr Tauberg extracted 16 teeth of mine, and placed 4 implants to hold an upper denture. His demeanor is world class, and I would recommend him to anyone slightly nervous about oral surgery. takes the time to explain in technical detail every facet of the operation before hand so you know EXACTLY what to expect.
