***WORST PLACE EVER!!!! DO NOT GO!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!**** i never rate places but i did this so no one else's gets suckered into their scheme I FIRST CALLED TO SEE IF MY PROCEDURE WAS COVERED BY MY HEALTH CARE PROVIDER AND THEN GAVE THE STAFF THE NAME OF MY PROVIDER, WHEN ON THE PHONE WITH "BRENDA" SHE SAD IT WOULD BE COVERED, FAILING TO MENTION THAT MY HEALTH CARE PROVIDER WAS OUT OF NETWORK, THEN ATTEMPTING TO GET ME IN ASAP. CAUTIOUS OF HER RUSH TO PENCIL ME IN, I CALLED HER BACK AND SAID OK BECAUSE ITS WAS THE CLOSEST PLACE AND I WAS "COVERED" A FEW DAYS LATER I CAME IN AND TALKED TO THE DOCTOR, EVERYTHING WAS FINE. THEN AT THE END OF MY VISIT, THEIR STAFF TELL ME THAT I AM CONSIDERED "OUT OF NETWORK", IF ELSTEIN'S STAFF WOULD HAVE MENTIONED THAT I WAS OUT OF THEIR NETWORK FROM THE BEGINNING WHEN I ASK IF I AM COVERED, I WOULD HAVE NOT WASTED MY TIME OR THEIRS !!!! THEN THEY HAVE THE NERVE TO SEND ME A $100 BILL AFTER 5 MONTHS!!!! WHEN I CALLED "BRENDA" YELLED AT ME AND SAID HOW IT WAS NOT HER FAULT, WHEN ASKED TO TALK TO THE DOCTOR, SHE SAID HE WAS "ON VACATION" HOW CONVENIENT. DO NOT GO!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! ****will keep you guys updated They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it.

Dr. Elstein removed all 4 of my daughter's impacted wisdom teeth. He was terrific! He is very caring, knowledgable & professional. He thoroughly explained the surgery, the possible complications and he has a great way with people. He was able to put my daughter (and me) completely at ease. His staff is also very nice and easy to deal with. They called our insurance company before the surgery to find out what would be covered so there were no surprises for me. All follow up visits were included, as well. The office isn't fancy but it's clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend Dr. Elstein to anyone in need of an oral surgeon.

This has been the best dentist I have ever gone too, so much that I had to ask him if he does regular dental work, but unfortunately he does not and only surgical procedures. The look of the facility may not be the greatest and to be honest was a little worried my first time there judging by the appearance, but I'd rather he stay in his facility instead of anything crazy, because the cost may go up. I had a tooth removed and never felt it come out, no grinding, it was over in less then a minute! He was awesome! Strongly recommended!

My mother had extractions performed by Dr. M. Elstein several times, and I had my third molars extracted by him without sedation when I was seventeen years old.
My mother has always been very pleased with his skills and demeanor. I remember my extraction being completely painless with little swelling afterward.
As a predoctoral dental student, I have asked him to provide me with extracted teeth for my endodontic laboratory projects, and he has always been happy to help me out.
My impression of Dr. Mark Elstein is that he is an all-around nice guy with excellent skills.
