Had to have a tooth extracted on short notice. They squeezed me in and made me feel like their only patient. Excellent doctor and Superior staff!

Dr. Napels performed my orthognathic surgery and if I had it to do all over again, I would in a heartbeat!! The staff is amazing. Friendly, helpful, supportive, and they'll work with you regarding payment, appointments, and anything else within their power.
Dr. Naples is by far the most amazing doctor of any kind I've ever dealt with. His timeline for my recovery was correct to the day, and despite my fears and nervousness, I had absolutely no pain during recovery. I highly highly highly recommend him if you're having ANY kind of oral surgery.

I wanted to share my story. I had alot of anxiety about getting my wisdom teeth removed, I actually ran out of the chair for the first time and they rescheduled me with halcion prior and I basically went dancing back in there 2 weeks later for my surgery! They were patient and helpful and understanding. They even called me over the weekend to see how my healing was coming along after the surgery. WOW! Every little thing would send me back into the office with questions and being scared of the oh so known dry socket and random feelings of pain and his assistant actually met me there on my day off just to check me out and make sure everything was healing alright. It was a complex surgery as they were completely impacted and the roots were curved by the nerve and with a slight mistake might have gone horribly wrong but Dr. Naples is the MAN! My tongue is still numb but this is normal and even though the root was close they did not damage the nerve. He is excellent and as it is not cheap it is worth it to get the job done right. Highly Recommended!!!.. and get the HALCION before hand, you'll be floating into the dentist office in the best mood you could ever imagine and wake up at home! Everyone in his office truly cares & are so nice

Dr. Naples did an implant procedure for me two years ago, and it has been very comfortable. Ther recovery and side effects were negligible.

Dr. Naples and his staff were very professional and very friendly. About a month ago I had a crown come off with the top of the tooth in it and a horrible fracture down to the root. This was an emergency and got me in at 4pm on a Friday and the surgery went great. The procedure was painful-but not while I was in the office!!! I especially found the staff friendly and knowledgable and will be getting my implant done in 2 months. I need to get 2 more teeth pulled and will be going back to Dr. Naples for the surgeries.

I had a horrible experience with Dr. Naples and would definitely recommend against going to him. I was referred to him when I was in a lot of pain as my jaw had been locked for 3 weeks and I could open it less than 20mm. At my appointment, he moved my jaw around for a few minutes before telling me that there was nothing he could do and that I should go see his dentist friend. He said the dentist might shave some teeth or put braces on, but that the truth was that my jaw might never unlock and that I might remain in that condition forever. I was devastated. His office office charged me $175, even though he had barely glanced at the x-rays and did nothing for me.
I went to another Oral Surgeon (Dr. Gallagher - a fantastic doctor) and he knew what the problem was immediately and said it would be easily corrected by surgery. He was right. My jaw now opens fully and I do not need braces. Dr. Gallagher also said that when he did the surgery, he could see that my jaw was in very bad shape. It would only have worsened if I had waited.

Dr. Naples is a true professional. He worked hard to make my implant surgery a success. In addition, Dr. Naples' office staff members are efficient, caring, and seem to enjoy their jobs. I would highly recommend Dr. Naples to anyone with special dental surgical needs.
