Dr. Cooke completed all four thrid molar extractions for me. The procedure was thouroughly explained in advance and Dr. Cooke spent time with me to make sure that I had a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend him to others!

I desperately needed to have my wisdom teeth out. Three were moderately impacted, but the last was almost completely under bone and had caused the adjacent molar to crack and rot, so I had a total of five teeth to remove. A different oral surgeon had (wrongly) told me he would have to break my jaw to get the badly impacted tooth out, and as I result I was terrified! After my fiancee had a good experience with Dr. Cooke, I made an appointment with him, hopeful but still expecting the worst. Instead I had a fantastic experience with very little pain and exceptional service. Dr. Cooke and his staff reassured my fears and removed my supposedly awful teeth in under an hour, and placed a bone graft, with no complications (and without breaking my jaw!) The sedation therapy worked wonders and recovery was quick and easy. If you are concerned about having your wisdom teeth out I couldn't recommend a better surgeon than Dr. Cooke. He gets five stars from me!

Dr. Cooke is friendly and professional! If you're looking for a oral and facial surgeon in the Dallas, Fort Worth Metroplex area, then I would recommend checking out Metroplex Surgical Arts first.

Dr. Cooke is a great surgeon!!!! Dr. Cooke and his staff are friendly and sweet. I even got a rose on my first appointment to welcome me to their practice. I had 2 dental implants placed with iv sedation. The procedure was painless - I didn't feel a thing. I was really surprised when they woke me up to tell me the surgery was over. . Dr. Cooke is highly recommend.

I had an implant done by Dr. Cooke over five years ago. The procedure was painless and I had a sinus lift and bone graft at the same time. I am completely satisfied with the work that Dr. Cooke, and his staff was fabulous!! I have recommended many of my own family members to Dr. Cooke and they had also had a wonderful experience.

Dr. Cooke comes highly recommeded as he has treated myself and my son as well. Dr. Cooke removed my son's wisdom teeth. My son's surgery was performed on Friday afternoon and he returned back to work on Monday morning having experienced very little discomfort if any at all. I have used Dr. Cooke for Botox and Restylane injections with excellent results. Dr. Cooke's staff was very professional, with excellent chairside manner.

The oral surgeon was very nice and did a good job on the proceedure but his office staff is a nightmare. They first told me I had no coverage and because of that I waited a year only to find out that I did have coverage. They are a contracted office and are supposed to charge me only my portion of the Metlife allowed amount but they overcharged me twice. I had to go through a lot of phone calls to get my overpayment back. Then they would not help me by writing a simple note to appeal some denied charges. When I was able to sucessfully make the appeal on my own, they kept the additional payment even though they had already been paid in full and I told them to please refund the check they would be getting. I, again, had to call several times to request my money back. Through all this the staff was rude to me. I would never go to this office again even if I had to drive 100 mile to go to another oral surgeon.
