Dr. Finn is what I would define as the perfect doctor and I wish more were like him. He is courteous, friendly, explains things until you understand (I like a lot of info), answers all questions, and genuinely cares. I used the Cedar Hill office and the one in Park Cities. All offices, were clean, nice looking, the staff were friendly and courteous, they answered all questions and explained what they were doing every step of the way. I need a molar implant and I needed it quickly. In 7 weeks I have a planned, already fully paid, 3 week overseas vacation that is the trip I have been wanting to take for decades - so I wanted things done quickly so when I leave, I am at least at a healed stable point (know it won't be completed, but site will be healed and I can eat whatever I want and not worry about infection, pain, etc.) They staff at both offices coordinated together and got me in for a consult one day and the extraction the next day as they understood my concern for my travel in 7 weeks. 2-4 weeks after I return, we should be looking at step 2 in the process. I would recommend Dr. Finn to anyone. It is interesting to note that not only he is a DDS but he is also an MD - man, I wish he'd do may teeth and become my general practitioner!

I had a bad experience before and finally got sent to him. He was very easy to work with and i hardly felt it. I wish he could do all my dental work.

I trusted Dr. Finn with serious jaw surgery. Dr. Finn's bedside manner is amazing. He was very forthright about everything that was going to happen and was very open about the risks. He talked with my teenage daughter like she was a person, and discussed with her the two choices involved in her surgery.
I was absolutely terrified about the entire ordeal, because my daughter chose to have her jaw wired shut for 6 weeks. If I hadn't had full faith in Dr. Finn, I would have quickly chosen another doctor.
He has a very calm and calming manner. I would recommend him to others, especially those with children requiring surgery.
His staff could use some tips on customer service. One woman was downright nasty - which is in total contrast to Dr. Finn and the other docs in the practice.
I guess that says something about how highly I value Dr. Finn. We decided on him in spite of the staff's demeanor.
