I saw Dr. Marshall 2 years ago for problems with my jaw. I was in severe pain and some days could hardly stand to chew. I had to wait over a month to get into see Dr. Marshall and the day I arrived for my appointment, they were running very late and I waited almost 2 hours. The waiting room is small and cramped. The doctor was pleasant enough and I would later find out that he diagnosed me correctly but offered no treatment. He diagnosed me with myofacial pain and inflammation and said that physical therapy would probably help but the office he used to recommend wasn't in business any more. He said I could try to find one on my own and he would write the Rx for it. I called every physical therapist office I could find and couldn't find one that could help me. Dr. Marshall just told me to try to practice good posture. I eventually found a good TMJ specialist that has helped me tremendously.

It was a very painful process of having my tooth pulled. I developed a severe sore throat. The doctor said he would call after the operation and never did. When I checked in with the office they called me sweetie and said there was nothing they could do except see me in a couple of days.
They said it was not unusual to have a sore throat, but i was never told of that.
I don't think i will have my implants done here.
The nurse that was receiving patients was down right mean; the other one was not.
