If you love rude receptionist, want to be treated like a number, your cash more important than you are; this is the surgeon for you. I had one tooth removed before christmas. I have 4 others that needed removed. I wanted to wait until after the holidays to have the others removed. Unfortunatly one tooth got infected during that time. I called to schedule the surgury, and asked if she would refill my perscriptions because at this time i was in extreme pain that had moved to my ear. Fearful of an infection that could kill me. She refused to refill my perscription until i came in for my surgery scheduled a week out. Futher persistance got me nothing but rudeness from the receptionist. When I told her to cancel my surgery that i would find another surgeon, I could barely get the words out when the receptionist was more than happy to cancel. I have never been treated with so little respect and compassion from a doctors office.

My young daughter had her wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Lois. We had previously gone to a mean dentist and Dr. Lois was recommended as a nice one--and she was wonderful.. She calmed my nervous dtr and there were no problems with the service. My kid got better in two days and never got upset or had too much pain or anything bad. Four wisdom teeth removed and no trouble! Woohoo! Very nice lady and great doc. She also does the best botox, which makes sense--who knows the face better? She's the best. I would recommend her to everyone.

Dr. Lois was wonderful in handling a tooth extraction for my six year old son. Great bed side manner and she called back later in the evening to see how he was doing. Wonderful display of geniune concern for her patients!
