Dr. Scheideman did an extraction today and will follow up with an implant in the upcoming months. He has a kind, patient, gently dimeanor. I just got off the phone with him, as he was calling to check on how I was doing. I have had minimal pain or discomfort. I would highly recommend Dr. Scheideman to anyone seeking the expertise of a competent oral surgeon.

If there is a better surgeon and person practicing oral surgery in the world I would be surprised. Not only great, but also nice. Impossible to find a better surgeon. He took care of my little girl and I'll always be indebted to him. Andy Barron

Mine is an old experience from the 1990's. I was in my mid 20's and my husband and I paid for all of my treatments. Dr. Scheideman was wonderful to us!!!! Better late than never giving him the raving review he deserves!! The internet is a wonderful place to visit now. I was looking him up to add him to my medical records before I get too old to remember who and what health procedures I have done in the past.
About Front Desk: I don't remember who was there but they were wonderful at the time. The nurse was the BEST also!

In one afternoon, Dr. Scheideman painlessly extracted five of my teeth and started work on one implant. During my several appointments, I was most impressed with his office facilities. As above, they were not "like a health spa," but much better and totally designed for the benefit of patients and their comfort.
Very professionally and with assistance from several staff members, Dr. Scheideman quickly put me to sleep and extracted the five teeth. Upon awaking, I did not feel any pain and did not experience pain at anytime during my week-long recovery period.
I cannot think of a way for Dr. Scheideman or his office staff to have improved their office or dental procedures relating to the extraction of my teeth. Regarding my "Overall Recommendation" above, I am uncertain as to how any oral surgeon in my area (Fort Worth) could be better. If I need to have additional teeth extracted, I will return to Dr. Scheideman and highly recommend him to others needing teeth extractions or dental implants.

Two dental implants, extraction, and bone graft were done. Had no pain during the procedure and his assistants and office staff are wonderful. Everything was explained in detail before any procedures were performed. Definitely would recommend Dr. Scheideman.

I had 8 implants from Dr. Scheideman. One failed from family dentist's office getting hunks of glue under the skin (not Scheideman's fault). I had that one replaced.
His cost are very reasonable compared to other dentist - about half the cost. The facility is very nice and CLEAN, you don't have to wait long to see the dentist, and a PERSON ANSWERS the PHONE when the office is open (no press 1, press 2....recording options).
He is very knowledgeable of his area of expertise. I have had enough dental work from other dentist to buy a new house with. Since going to Dr. Scheidemann there is no way I would let any other dentist in my mouth for implants or tooth extractions.
I will definitely use him again.

Dr. Scheideman is a great oral surgeon. I've had 11 implants done, 1 failed and was replaced. That is within the norm for implant failure. It is fine now. He offers IV sedation which is the best way to go. I will use him in the future should I require more implants.

I had to have all four wisdom teeth removed.. I was scared to death! I was surprised how easy and simple it was.. Felt no pain whats so ever... my extraction sites healed perfectly.. very caring staff.. BTW if you are terrified as I was about getting your wisdom teeth pulled.. it was NOTHING.. they put you asleep and you are out before you know it.. you wake up as if nothing ever happened.. A++++
