Dr. Williams is performing an implant for me and also for my husband (2/3 of mine is done, my husband's is completed), has performed dental surgery on my husband several times over the years, and removed our son 's wisdom teeth years ago. He is personable, caring, and explained everything in detail. Our procedures were pain-free and incident-free with IV sedation. The front office was prompt and helpful with insurance confirmation, the staff was friendly and competent. I have complete trust and confidence in his work and expertise, and recommend him without hesitation. He also volunteers his time for pro bono dental surgery. As to whether he is a friend, I would not go to a doctor or dentist in this community (Fort Worth) -who I didn't personally know or know of and respect. I expect that most patients of his feel the same way. I hope that doesn't disqualify me as this is intended as a unbiased review. Thanks,

I received a dental implant as part of study - initial failure of new implant - Dr. Williams replaced with traditional implant at no additional cost to me - success!! I have recommended to my daughter and others - it is worth the additional cost. Also had a tooth extraction several years ago. No problems.

I am an insulin dependent diabetic, Dr. Williams gave me no antibiotics after surgery. Of course it got infected, and then he was forced to put me on antibiotics. He went over to sink counter, jumped up and down twice then slammed his pen down in my file and started writing. He also had to put me on prednisone, which screws up your blood sugar. My blood sugar went to 464 at one point. He let everything spiral out of control and the snowball was rolling. I didnt go to my next follow up. The clinic called me and ask me if I forgot. I told them that man isnt ever touching me again. So they lined me up with another doctor at the clinic, and he was great.
