I came to see Dr. Eklund about 2-3 weeks ago and was very satisfied with my treatment. Quick wisdom tooth extraction and made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. Front office staff is awesome. Dr. Eklund followed up with me at 7pm the night of my surgery which I thought was awesome. If you want a successful wisdom tooth extraction, absolutely come here. Dr. Eklund is awesome.

I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Eklund. I only used pain meds for one day and had only minor swelling. No complications either and everything went much better than I expected. The one week checkup went well and they answered all my questions. I strongly recommend Dr. Eklund if you need an oral surgeon.

I went to Dr. Eklund's office the week of 7/14/14 with a wisdom teeth extraction referral from my dentist. I researched several other oral surgeons, but no other surgeon had the reviews Dr. Eklund had. I went with the great reviews and had a great experience as well! I extracted my 4 wisdom teeth and Dr. Eklund's staff helped me feel comfortable by answering my questions and concerns. Dr. Eklund is very kind and professional. He makes you feel welcomed and he explains the procedures he will take by showing you through the x-ray pictures.He has invested in quality and modern equipment to get a better picture of the work he needs to do (optional for the customer). I had two bony extractions, one impacted extraction,and one difficult extraction which led me to choose a 3-D x-ray to inform Dr. Eklund of the exact location of my roots. After the surgery and after the anesthesia wore off, my mouth was sore for about 5 days, but nothing unbearable. I did not suffer with a dry socket or an infection, which was a concern I had. Dr. Eklund has many years of experience and I would recommend him to anyone. As a professional he does the best he can, and recovery really depends on our care and how our body reacts to the procedure.

I'm in the middle of an implant procedure. Tooth has been extracted....had no bleeding after leaving his office, did not need to use any of the pain medication, and had ABSOLUTELY no bruise from the IV needle...only a pin prick...no bruise. Unbelievable! Three weeks later he removed the stitches and that was painless. Dr. Eklund's chair-side manner is great...he explains everything. And his staff are very polite, responsive, and well trained. I could not be more pleased with my experience.

i had a great experience at dr eklund's office and staff in sugar land. i dont even remember getting my wisdom teeth pulled and had a great after surgery process. he really made it anxiety free.

Dr. Eklund, his office staff, and his surgical assistants Margaret and Rachel were really fantastic during my wisdom teeth removal experience. Dr. Eklund is professional and kind and personable and so the initial consultation was informative and reassuring. The surgery itself caused me no pain or swelling which is pretty amazing and the followup office visit a week later took just 10 minutes. Every appointment started on time and the office staff at the Greenway and Sugarland locations were friendly and efficient. The post-surgical care I received from Margaret and Rachel was extraordinary; they were so kind to me as I came out from the drug haze and I just remember feeling so cared for. It was really comforting.
Please give Dr. Eklund a call because from start to finish, from the check in experience to surgery to follow up care, everything was great.

I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Eklund. The nursing staff is amazing, friendly, helpful.
I used IV sedation for my oral surgery. I closed my eyes for a moment, reopened them for what felt like 6 seconds later, and all my menacing wisdom teeth where gone.
It only took an hour to remove all 4 wisdom teeth with no pain!!
Afterwards I had no issues. Three days later I was back to eating chick-fil-a meals with no pain.
Dr. Eklund is among the elite and his staff are just as wise and experienced.
I'm not the type of person to give perfect scores, but I made an exception for Dr. Eklund's office.

I had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr Eklund. Slight swelling, about 3-4 days of pain meds. General aching with teeth. Dr. Eklund did a fine job with surgery. My biggest disappointment was their bedside manner. The post checkup was rushed and little feedback was given to me. I asked his assistant how everything looked, what about any dry sockets or other problems and she was very short with her answer, walking out of the room as she answered. Perhaps that's their definition of efficiency, but as a patient I thought it was rude and unprofessional.

I went to see Dr. Eklund to get my wisdom teeth out and also have a baby tooth and canine removed. I first went to a consult with him and we looked at my x-rays together. He went over everything regarding the procedure and answered all of my questions. He has great bed-side manner and genuinely cares about his patients. I had my surgery a week and two days ago. In total I had 6 teeth removed and also bone grafting done at the same time - which is a lot. I honestly was scared but after it is all done I am so, so thankful I chose Dr. Eklund. During surgery Dr. Eklund learned that one of my lower wisdom teeth had a complication with the way the roots were separated and twisted along the nerve. He spent extra time in surgery and did a great job. There are so many risks when it comes to the nerve that it freaked me out at first but I was talking later that afternoon with no numbness in my jaw. My swelling came the 3rd day (As Dr. Eklund told me it would) but it still kind of scared me so I called the office over the weekend - he got back to me in less than 5minutes. It was so great to talk with the Doctor and really put my mind at ease. This past week as I have been healing I had some questions and concerns - his staff was so sweet and helpful. Good customer service means a lot to me and the girls at his office are awesome! I cannot find anything bad to even say - I never had to wait at any of my appointments. My experience with Dr. Eklund AND his staff is wonderful! He is a kind and talented Doctor!

I had an extraction, bone grafting procedure and dental implant, all done under local anesthesia and experienced no pain or discomfort. I found Dr. Eklund and his staff to be friendly, efficient and professional. My procedures have been a complete success.
