I had my wisdom teeth removed at Oral Surgery Partners. Very knowledgeable and quite friendly doctors, I was highly impressed and would recommend someone to these doctors. They made me feel very comfortable about the procedure. They took time to go over my entire x-ray and explained every aspect. The doctors definitely take their practice seriously and are highly professional. My procedure was performed at 8 am on a Friday and the doctor called me from his office around 6:30 that night. This to me shows that they are very hard working doctors, especially if they stay late to call patients before they start their weekend.
My only complaint is that the office staff seems to have some unfriendly and seemingly unhappy members in their group. During my three visits, my sister and I experienced rude service from different staff members. I have worked in customer service so I am overly nice to people who work with the public because I know it can be rough, but I was put off by the staff. I was not given an apology for making me wait 8 minutes at the unattended counter; I was told “we were at lunch.” A nurse was very rude to my sister when my sister asked about after care instructions. And during my last visit, I was running late. When I called to inform the office, the person who answered was very rude. I told the person I was running late due to my own fault and I wanted to know if I should reschedule or just come in late. I was informed that I was now causing their office to run behind and she wanted to know what I wanted them to do about the trouble I caused. I can blow off one rude person during 3 visits, but to encounter repeated rude service shows signs of trouble in an office. Perhaps they should receive some training on how to handle paying customers.
I am surprised by the staff considering the quality of doctors at this practice.

I recently had my wisdom teeth removed with Oral Surgery Partners and the staff and Doctors are wonderful! Go only here for your oral surgery needs! I have a tooth missing and now will be returning for a dental implant.

I had a dental Implant placed after the tooth was pulled and the entire process was amazing! From the staff in the front helping me with my insurance, to the girls in the back making me feel comfortable for the procedure! Dr. Kershman is very nice and smart! LOL! He had no problems with answering my 100 questions I had. Thank you!

I had two implants done at the same time by Dr. Sherwin Kershman. Upon first meeting him and his staff, they immediately put me at ease. Dr. Kershman is a very nice person. He is very knowledgeable. His whole office is very helpful and extremely courteous. They assist with everything, from the procedure to the billing and insurance coverage. They do follow up calls to make sure you are okay (including the 6-month and annual follow ups). They do pain management for the procedure. Their chair-side manners and front desk are exceptional. I have never had a problem with their office. I rate Dr. Kershman and his staff extremely high. If I needed another implant, I would go back to Dr. Kershman. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Kershman and his office. I would recommend him to anybody that was in the need for an oral surgeon.
