I have had teeth removed, 4 dental implants, & 7 of our 8 children have had their wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Morgan. He is kind, his demeanor is soothing, and you never even feel the stick of the needle as you wake up wondering when he will start the procedure. I would recommend this doctor to anyone needing oral surgery!!!!!! He even answers his own phone is you call with an emergency!! He was at his lake house one Sunday when I called in pain and drove all the way from Conroe to see me, but didn't hesitate nor did he tell me he was out of town until later.
His chair-side manner is gentle and his office staff has been there for as long as I have been seeing him.....that says a lot for any doctor!
If you live in Houston or close by and have to have oral surgery, I highly recommend Dr. Joe Morgan as he truly cares about the well being of his patients!!!!!

It took me a while to get the courage to undergo the surgery my orthodontist recommended that Dr. Morgan perform on me. It involved breaking my jaw in two places, moving it, and reconnecting it with screws and plates. OUCH.
Dr. Morgan is simply the best in his class. I cannot say enough positive things about him as a professional and as a person! He educated me in layman's terms about what would happen, he answered every silly question I had, he treated me with such gentle care, he performed a flawless operation, he visited with me again right before the operation and twice while I was in recovery, and he followed up with calls to my home (over the weekend, no less) to make sure my recovery was going well. Impeccable, 5 star medical care. He is a super star who is down to earth and kind. I'd recommend him to anyone.

Recommended by my son's pediatric dentist, Dr. Morgan removed his wisdom teeth. My son has Asperger's syndrome and is super sensitive to light, touch, smell, sound etc. He came through the experience (all 4 teeth at once) not the least bit traumatized. We received great instructions and thoughtful follow-up care post-op. I couldn't be happier.

I had a tooth extraction done by this dentist and was absolutely amazed how pain- and discomfort- free he managed to make this procedure. I had some bone damage to be addressed, too, so he had to scrape and poke in and around the gum quite hard, yet I felt nothing. He was also so very careful not to tug on my cheek too much and kept putting some ointment on my lips to prevent their cracking.
Moreover, after the surgery, since I am not a newcomer to dental work experiences, I expected the normal post-surgical swelling, fever, pain, etc. - and I had none of that. Even though the doctor prescribed me some heavy-duty pain-killer meds, just in case, I didn't take even basic Tylenol as there was absolutely no discomfort. The most amusing and pleasently surprising thing was to receive the call from the office the next day -- they were checking up on me and my condition! I was just floored with this level of attention to just a patient -- this sort of care you expect from a close relative, a dear friend, etc. So now I recommend this dentist to everyone for any sort of dental surgery. He is simply amazing and so is his staff.

I just had my wisdom teeth removed from him because he did both of my parents´dental implants. My friends were amazed I had absolutly no swelling. The pain was mild and the recovery was fast!

Very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Makes you really feel comfortable and is very experienced.
He has clearly been doing this for a very long time. Great with pain management, had no problems at all.
Easy to get appts but you have to pay up front and file your own insurance. That's the only drawback.

Very caring, professional, great bedside manner- will book all my children to have Dr. Morgan perform the surgery.
