I went in For a emergency,i was in HORRIBLE pain,it was the day before THANKSGIVING AND HE DIDN'T WANT TO BE BOTHERED,HEONLY TOOK ME BECAUSE MY DENTIST THAT HAD DONE MY ROOTCANAL CALLED HIM.WHEN I WAS IN THE CHAIR HE WAS PUSHED TO HARD ON MY FACE,AND HURTING ME,ALL OF A SUDDEN MY BODY JUMPED OUT OF THE CHAIR ON ITS OWN,WITHOUT MY HELP!!!!I ASKED HIM WHAT HCHAPPENED,THE PAIN WAS SO UNBELIEVABLE,HE SAID IT WAS JUST NEVERS.AFTER HE FOUNDLY GOT IT OUT I WAS STILL IN HORRIBLE PAIN.HE DIDN'T REALLY CARE.JUST WANTED TO HURRY AND GET HOME.WHEN I GOT HOME MY ONE BACK TOOTH WAS GETTING WORSE,I CALLED HIM BACK AND SAID SOMETHING IS WRONG THIS TOOTH IS WORSE.HE DIDN'T WANT TO BE BOTHERED,.HE TOLD ME NOT TO COME BACK THAT DAY,BECAUSE HE WAS LEAVING.I DROVE BACK TO SEE WHAT WAS GOING ON,HE WAS VERY UPSET BECAUSE I DON'T LISTEN,BUT SOMETHING WAS WRONG.HE RUDELY BUT SOME MEDICINE IN THE BACK TOOK.AS I WAS LEAVING THE TWO GIRL WORKING THERE WERE ARGUING ,SAYING THERE PAY CHECKS WEREN'T RIGHT.THEY WERE UPSET THINKING THAN THE CHECK WAS LESS THAN IT SHOULD BE.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL TO BE DISCUSSING THIS IN FRONT OF PATIENTS.I FOUND OUT LATER HE MUST HAVE DONE NERVE DAMAGE TO THE BACK TOOTH,I CALLED HIM SEVERAL TIMES AFTER BUT HE NEVER WOULD RETURN CALL
About Front Desk: THEY WERE VERY YOUNG GIRLS.ARGUING ABOUT THEIR PAY CHECK NOT BEING RIGHT AND THEY WERE BOTH VERY UPSET.BUT SHOULDN'T BE FIGHTING OVER THERE PAY CHECK IN FRONT OF THEIR PATIENTS.MY NERVE DAMAGE IN MY LOWER JAW TOOK MANY YEARS TO EVER GET BETTER,I COULDN'T SLEEP AT NIGHT DUE TO THE PAIN,DR HILL NEW EXACTLY WHAT HE HAD DONE.JUST WOULD NEVER ADMIT TO IT.

Dr. Hill is a highly competent oral surgeon. Under the circumstances (having to have oral surgery) this was the best experience that I could have ever hoped for. Dr. Hill and his staff treated me with care and respect. The recovery time from the procedure was minimal due to his skill and detailed post op instructions.
About Front Desk: Dr. Hill's administr5ative staff are very efficient and caring. They coordinated very effectively with my insurance company. Appointments we easy to schedule and I was always seen by the doctor at the scheduled time.

I have now had 3 implants done by Dr. Hill and none have even bothered me in any way. I have been amazed. I have had less than skilled Dental work done by others in the past so finding someone like Dr Hill has been great. It has really surprised me how pain free this process has been. I have had other teeth worked on that have caused me much more discomfort than getting these implants. I will not go to anyone else.

Dr. Hill removed both of my children's wisdom teeth and a wisdom tooth for my husband in three separate occasions over the course of about three years. All the surgeries went well with no problems at all. The doctor is down-to-earth and extremely good at his profession and the staff is friendly and competent. My husband said if he had known it would be this fast and painless, he would have gone in months ago! I would recommend Dr. Hill as an oral surgeon to anyone who wants great care without all the hoopla and associated costs of "spa" surgery centers.

i had one impacted wisdom tooth extracted. dr. Hill made remarks that were very unprofessional. i was very anxious because my nose bleeds easily and i would be asleep. the idea was just lie back and let's get going "be the first time if it happens" his tone was very rude and dumbing down my pain was so great that i had to call him to ask when it would be safe to take another pain pill/he actually yelled at me/"in the last 3 hours you've taken more pain med than i've had in my whole life/(i had taken 2 and 1/2 in 3 1/2 hours/i called him because the pain was not being managed...i could not believe the way that he spoke to me or the fact that he seemed to either not believe me that i was in so much pain or that he didn't care.......it seemed as though it wasn't about me.......like he was really over-reacting, inappropriate, and totally uncaring........i was up all night last night in pain (off and on) and afraid to take meds because i will run out....i was shocked at the level of pain......i've had natural childbirth and i remembered it yesterday.......if my pain level is different than others, that's what it is.......i should be using my energy to heal right now and not sitting in pain, angry and feeling alone......don't use him!

Had a personal approch with a touch of care. Didn't even feel the second extraction and only used local. The wisdom tooth was easy for him and secondary I didn't even know he had pulled it. He gave me just the right treatment needed for pain afterward and was reasonable in cost.

I am new to the area so did lots of research before I found others who were pleased with Dr. Hill. I had a molar removed which was painless. Woke up feeling great. His staff has been friendly and helpful. Would recommend him to others.
