Dr. Patterson is an excellent oral surgeon. I would not consider using anyone else! He makes a visit go very smoothly. He is kind, reassuring, and he makes sure that the
patient has enough sedation as to feel no pain. I recommend him very highly.
About Front Desk: The front desk staff is very helpful to the patients. I would give them five stars.

Dr. Patterson is the best, kindest and most gentle caring oral surgeon in the world! I was absolutely petrified of the dentist for most of my life. I was in so much pain but refused dental treatment until I had broken teeth and was in agony. Dr. Patterson operated on our adult son for a complex genetic jaw problem as well as for removal of four wisdom teeth with perfect results! We were so impressed that I made an appointment. He offered nitrous oxide for extractions but after gaining my trust (and pulling three teeth!) I didn't need the nitrous again. Trustworthy, compassionate and extremely talented our family raves about Dr. Patterson and you will too!

I have extreme dental anxiety that comes from mistreatment as a child. Dr. Patterson;s bed side manner could not be improved upon. He is friendly, informative and supportive. The dental assistant Raji was also very supportive. I had my upper wisdom teeth extracted. the extraction and follow up was exactly as he described.
The office was accommodating and efficient.
If you have any fears of the dentist, I would highly recommend Dr. Patterson.

Had all four of my wisdom teeth taken out in the Arlington office by Dr. Patterson. The procedure was painless and quick, but not rushed in any way. The entire staff was courteous and and very pleasant. If I had more wisdom teeth to pull, I would visit Dr. Patterson again.

Dr. Patterson treated my 10 year old and did that with great patience and care. Very comforting and professional.

I was referred to Dr. Patterson by one of my coworkers. I had my dental implants done by him 1 year and half ago. The implant was quite frightening to me before the procedure considering that the surgeon needed to drill a hole into your jaw. Dr. Patterson was very good at explaining things he was doing during the surgery and made you feel quite relaxed. Even though I only chose to have local anesthesia, I did not feel any pain during the surgery. The whole procedure finished in about half an hour.

No matter who you are or what you're getting done, Dr, Patterson puts you first. He makes sure that you are relaxed before the procedure and also does all that he can to make sure that you are comfortable. This doctor truely takes care of his patients and is very genuine.

Amazing bed-side manner. Very thorough and precise. I am a "repeat customer" because there was no doubt in my mind he is the best.
