We went over my insurance coverage and they were adamant that it was covered and I only had to pay a certain amount. 6 wks later a $500+ bill shows up and the "estimate" was wrong. They don't know their business and will stick you with a large bill when you went over things 3x over 2 wks.

Very friendly and efficient office and doctor. They have it down to a science and cover everything you could possibly think of during the consultation. Very comforting when you know the staff is totally on top of things and great at what they do. Had my daughter's wisdom teeth taken out and we were on our way within an hour. My daughter recovered remarkably with no issues or even pain.

About Front Desk: The front desk staff is what brought me in in the first place. They were sincere and friendly every time I called. I don't deal with businesses that don't treat their customers well. I actually called 2 other oral surgeons before trying Dr. Kenney. I also received a personal recommendation from a friend, which I am so thankful for, or I would have never found him.

I had a very good experience with Dr. Kenney and his staff. He did an extraction of my wisdom tooth which had broken off below the gum. He and his staff had excellent chair-side manners and made me very comfortable. When I expressed that I am very nervous about dental procedures, they were very accommodating and patient; and explained procedures thoroughly. I would highly recommend Dr. Kenney and staff to others.

About Front Desk: The front office staff were very helpful in scheduling my appointment around my work schedule. They were very personable and helped in getting the best discounts with my insurance.

Dr. Kenney and his staff are PHENOMENAL!!! I was referred by my general Dentist to get four wisdom teeth removed. When I called for an appointment they scheduled an appointment promptly. When I arrived Dr. Kenney's staff greeted me with a smile :-D Even gave me a FREE T-Shirt! The wait time was minimal (I never waited more than 5 minutes). I chose to get my wisdom teeth removed, the day he examined me. They explained everything to me and my husband. The next thing I remember is waking up! <3 <3 <3 After Surgery I didn't have bruising or any swelling. -Not everyone is going to have the same healing experience. Dr. Kenney is a great listener, has the best bedside manners, and is VERY patient! I had a Dry Socket (very common and can be very painful). I called Dr. Kenney's office and they scheduled to see me that day! I had a few more appointments with him in which they scheduled that day or the next day. I would definitely recommend Dr. Jeff Kenney to any person needing Oral Surgery. He and his team are absolutely the best!

He was a jerk who acted like he was late for tee time. He never checked to see if I was numb. He just pulled my tooth and I felt everything. Worst experience ever! Save yourself and find someone who cares about their patients.
