I do not live in Snohomish County and have to travel some distance to see Dr. Hong. I would not only do that for my oral surgery needs but would recommend friends and family use Dr. Hong as well. I found him to be patient, compassionate, very professional, an excellent communicator. He did not know my dentist yet stayed in touch and followed up when they needed to confer on an inplant and crown. I would highly recommend this practice.

this has ben the worst dental experience of my life. i can't eat or sleep after breaking out in canker sores after seeing dr. hong to get two teeth out. terrible experience this is the dentist that nightmares come from

I received oral surgery from Dr. Hong in the form of 1st and 2nd Implants and well as tooth extraction for tooth broken at the gum line. Dr. Hong and his staff are very professional in as aspect of the implant process. I highly recommend using him for oral surgery.

I have known Dr. Hong for many years and have known other Oral Surgeons for many years. I would consider him one of the best I have ever seen. He is especially considerate of the patients feelings and does evrything to relieve their anxiety. He also trained with the best, and is extremely good

Because of a chronic pain condition & medication I was on, I was referred to Dr. Hong to have some extractions done with i.v. sedation. The office was quite nice, the staff very friendly & helpful. Dr. Hong was gentle and did a very good job of explaining what would be done. The consultation was informative & thorough. The day of surgery I was a bit nervous, but again, the staff was very helpful & compassionate. He wasn't able to get me completely knocked out, but I assure you I didn't feel any pain. They sent me home with excellent instructions and I had no problems after .
Insurance: They accepted my insurance and Care Credit (which not everyone does). And after an insurance adjustment, they sent me a refund check for the difference.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr. Hong to anyone seeking a considerate & gentle oral surgeon.
(p.s. my experience has been that all oral surgeons are expensive!)

Dr. Hong and his staff were very good about informing me about my procedure which made me feel more confident that I was in good hands. He was so down to earth and would answer any question I had.After the appointment I found his work to be great! I would most definatly go back again without hesitation!!!!

I was refered to Dr. Hong's office for extraction of my wisdom teeth in March of 2005. I have never had any previous dental procedures done (not even a filling) and was extremely concerned and nervous about the procedure. Right from the start, his office staff did all they could to put me at ease and could not have been more reassuring. Then I met Dr. Hong. He was genuinly concerned about my anxiety. His overall demeanor helped me to feel more relaxed, even as he prepared me the upcoming procedure. He carefully explaind all the possible side-effects and prepped me for the worst, and yet I still felt comfortable in his office. Needless to say, everything went off without a hitch and I was suprised at how smoothly I recovered. I never had a problem reaching the office for a follow up visit or speaking with Dr. Hong personally.
I would highly recommend this office to friends and family and for any future needs of my own.
