.Dr. Cotant was a referral from my dentist, I have great insurance.
Long story short, I did not get enough medication to numb the tooth area. So of course it hurt, he ended up cutting the nerve in my jaw under my tooth! He told me to come back, come back different times. I looked and my insurance bill, my insurance paid for most of the surgery, I paid the difference. I look at the following statement, Dr Cotants office had charged me again, I went into the office and told the receptionist my insurance paid and I did too.
I hired a lawyer, we must check these Drs, and do our homework!
Today my jaw on the right side is numb I cannot feel anything, I have a hard time going to any Dr. because of this. I did go to a neurosurgeon, he said they can open up my lip and rewire that nerve.
I go out to eat, I ask a friend to let me know if something is dripping on that side because I cannot feel it.
I would not refer this Dr. I did hear from my lawyer, he has been sued many times, and here he is still in business :-(

I had my tooth extracted. The whole experience was practically relaxing. The doctor put me to sleep and it was so easy when I woke up we continued talking about what we were talking about before he put me out. Everyone was very comforting and helpful.
