Dr. Gresset was a very nice, old school dentist. The back office nurse was also very professional and kind. The front office staff was rude and belittling (in a very passive aggressive way) from the time we walked into the office. They did not do a good job of explaining the procedure or informing me of what "extra" costs there would be. Instead of admitting that they may have done a poor job of "consultation," the answer was "you signed consent." I would not recommend this office to anyone. If you do go there because they are a covered provider MAKE SURE you ask for a consultation and a breakdown of what the fees will be so you can make an informed decision.

I had to get some teeth exposed, the Dr. Gresset was very efficient and was even willing to give a discount because my teeth were already partly exposed while the other surgeon we went to didn't even consider it.

I found Dr Gresset confidant, friendly, fast, painless. I've been to the Dr. twice to extract broken teeth. I would not hesitate to go back.
I've recomended him to several friends. They were highly satisfied. A+ in my book.
