My child was put in braces at 12, the over all experience was terrible. Doctor thicker was rude to his nurses and always cut me off when I had a question regarding my child's treatment.

Dr. Thacker is a caring and great orthodontist. He really cares about his patients and their care. He has a great staff and the ladies are all professional and polite. I am a patient of his at his Forestdale (Adamsville) location. I was referred by a co-worker and have since referred my friend and her daughter, and also my nephew.

the procedure my daughter had was braces and she did very well with them. The cost was very reasonable and there was not any problem with billing or the insurance. The staff was very knowledgable and helpful in this respect. The manners of the staff and the doctors assistants was great and we never had a problem. My recommendation to any parent for their child to see an orthodontists would be Dr. Thacker.
