will never refer anyone to Dr Dickerson EVER again! His staff has horrible customer service and the worst part is, is that he stands behind it. They didn’t like that I wrote a bad yelp review from my experience that I had with them so the voided my 9yr old sons contract! Shame on you Dr Dickerson for not backing up what you say you deliver! I had a broken built in retainer & because you chose to ignore me so I went on yelp, you are throwing me away & telling me to go elsewhere. Please go check their response to my review on their Facebook page. Definitely proves how unprofessional they truly are. It’s quick and easy to tell someone to go else where when you’ve gotten all their money!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!

We had a very unsettling experience with this orthodontist. After wearing braces for over two years, my child needs more treatment from other professionals to get the look that child desires. On top of that, after paying him thousands of dollars, we will have to continue treatment with another orthodontist since he was rude to us and refused to answer our questions. After experiencing his unprofessional manner first hand, I am uncomfortable bringing my child back for additional treatments with him, and I now will have to pay more money to complete treatment with another orthodontist along with paying for other cosmetic procedures. Additionally, the fees are expensive, and orthodontic emergencies are handled poorly. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this office to future patients.

The cost of treatment was very high, and the results were poor. After wearing braces for over two years, I was told by another professional that my child will most likely need braces again due to a subpar outcome. I tried to resolve this issue with the doctor, and he treated me extremely unprofessionally. In fact, his conduct was downright rude. I have never been treated so poorly by a medical professional, which was not only shocking but a huge disappointment after paying him literally thousands of dollars.

After recently starting my 5th (and last!) child in braces with Dr. Dickerson, I felt it was time to let everyone know how awesome this practice is! I should have done this a long time ago! We have been seeing Dr. Dickerson for the past 9 years and their service, care and technology only continues to improve. We are always greeted warmly no matter what time of day it is and they sincerely care about my children, their smiles and self esteem! It has been quite an investment but after several other opinions, we knew we had made the right decision by choosing Dickerson Orthodontics! You really do get what you pay for...beautiful, healthy smiles :) and a great experience!

I got braces here and This has got to be the worst place ever. The people working there are the most annoying you will ever find and when I go back away from the parents in the lobby the stupid women working on my are actually pretty mean. I was told i would only need braces for a year to a year and a half and it has been double that time and I still have at least 6 more month too go. I have spent over $8000 at this place and will never recommend this place to any other person ever. I have spoken to other orthodonists and they have said that my bite and teeth are perfect and that my braces should be coming off anytime soon, but everytime I go to Dickersons office they add more time. I am getting fed up. Never go here for braces!!!

This place is great! Dr. Dickerson is awesome!! His team and him do not waste time, its in and out! Thats wonderful! Everytime i had a problem they were there to help! Very social team! Just a great place! Thank you so much!

What a gorgeous office and staff. You are warmly welcomed, and I receive a free gift..just for visiting! I'm an adult that has 2 bookcased teeth on my upper part of my mouth. Nothing major, so I didn't think it would be to costly. Boy was I wrong!! I was quoted $7180 for the complete services of Damon System braces...which is what they "push" to sell you. They stay away from the old traditional braces. I was quoted the same price for invisilign, which I was quoted $3000 cheaper at my old orthodontics. I felt I was paying a lot extra for superb service, but I rather stick with the old traditional braces at another office. But, If you want VIP treatment, and can afford it, Dickerson Orthodontics is the place for you!

I was a patient a few years ago, and I loved the office staff, Dr. Dickerson, and everything they had to offer. This is a very kid-friendly office, and his staff knew my name. Dr. Dickerson himself would spend atleast 5-10 minutes with me every time I was in, which I thought was impressive.
I would HIGHLY recommend this staff!!!!

Mixed review here. Excellent customer service. Beautiful facility. Buuuuuuut, High pressure sell for services. Second opinions told us that we could certainly have waited for procedures to be done.

All glitz and glamour? Excellent facilities and very friendly staff. Kids love it - ice cream machine, looney tune decorations, free t-shirts, drawings for TVs and other prizes. Very friendly staff and doctor put kids at ease. Worth the extra cost? By our comparison, 30-50% higher than other orthos. More concerning, glitz and glamour may cloud attention to detail. After being with Dr. Dickerson for ~2 years, we moved, necessitating a change in orthodondist. We were surprised to find that adjustments were needed to the work done to date and that we had been paying significantly higher than the market rate. Shop around - you'll find equally "fun" orthodontists for the kids at a much more reasonable price!!
