I got braces, and then got them off 2 years later. he messed up with my retainer and made my teeth crooked. Now i have braces on again! its highly rediculous. I would never suggest him to a friend.

DR Dowling retired in Washington state and moved to AZ. once he sold his practice many patients were mistreated and unhappy by the new owner the contracts made with Dr Dowling were changed and in my personal experience my braces were removed over a year earlier then Dr Dowling had planned by the new Dr. my teeth would move every time my retainer was taken out for even a few seconds and when one of my retainers broke I immediately contacted the new Dr. the new Dr. would not allow me to buy a new one... my teeth look worse now then before I ever had braces... It was a big waist of time and money! I also wasn't allowed to have the follow up treatment supposedly due to the changes in the contract... my braces were paid off early and my mom and I were told due to the "new contract" my braces should have been paid off even earlier and because it wasn't I wasn't entitled to any further treatment... I after finding out Dr Dowling went into practice in AZ I contacted his office there and was told it wasn't his problem and apparently he doesn't care how badly his patients were treated after his "surprise retirement" the new DR was more worried about their money than anything else...

He sold his practice here and we were not satisfied with the new Dr. I guess it's realy not his fault but my daughters teeth look worse now than ever.
