We were new to the Valley and had no idea who to see when my daughter was complaining about tooth discomfort with her front teeth. Thankfully we were recommended to Dr. Wachtel. He met with my daughter at NO charge and we came up with a plan for when she'd need to get braces put on. He didn't rush and recommend to get them right away based on her age and development.
Four years laters she is completing her 18 months with wearing braces.
Dr. Wachtel is so friendly. He takes time to talk to each patient and gets to know them. He doesn't offer unnecessary work and is honest about length of treatment. I have 2 teenagers seeing him now and one more on the way to needing orthodontia work.
We are extremely happy with Dr. Wachtel.
About Front Desk: Very helpful and accommodating in making and changing appointments. Both offices are clean and well run.
