dr jones and staff were wonderful during my and my sister's treatment years ago. 2015 you can still get the same quality, time and service with this orthodontist. he did my children's braces as well as my mom's. we wouldn't have used a different orthodontist. they were wonderful working with our insurance and payments. even years after having my braces off, he saw me and checked my retainer and teeth alignment. you can expect great treatment, we have never had a bad visit.

They charge WAY too much. I am not his patient, but a college student who needed a new retainer- I lost my top retainer- so pulled them up online. I made an appt, took the BUS to my appt from campus. The cost was DOUBLE what my ortho in my home town charges (like $600- my ortho charges $250). Once I found out the price, I decided it was WAY over my budget especially if I can get it for 1/2 elsewhere, so I asked to cancel the appt after they took my impression... they charged me $90 for just taking an impression- literally minutes of their time before I needed to walk out. If you are a college student, low on cash...don't come here. Wait til you can get to your home ortho. Salt to the wound...My ortho said they would have never charged for that impression in that situation!

I love Dr. Jones and his staff, they are great and so sweet! They take care of you as if you were their family. Dr. Jones and his staff are on top of everthing and are always available for questions.

one of the nicest , kindest orthodontal offices in the valley. Very understanding of the kids, and the money issues. The general demeanor of the staff was wonderful for my 2 kids and the people I recommended to them..
