Dr. Don is wonderful. He is very kind and takes the time to explain to his patients what their needs are. My daughter recently completed treatment in his office. She is so happy and excited to have a beautiful smile. Colleen works in his front office and she always has a friendly smile and is very helpful. Everyone in his office treat thier patients with respect. I would highly recomend Dr. Don!!

My son will have his braces for another year. What I really like is; after each visit with Dr. Don he tells me everything that was told to him. This verifies that Dr. Don is very thorough and explains things very well. I think he is a great Orthodontist and I would recommend him to anyone that asked me where to go.

He was recommended by our family dentist who is the best dentist we've ever had.
Our experiences with Dr. Michael Don were from neutral to awful. The last time we went in, he was a bit cross to my son because his teeth were not in good/clean shape. He said he couldn't put braces on unless the teeth are clean or adverse affects would occur. This was very reasonable and of course I agreed. But, his bedside manner and office/medical procedures could use some work. My son left angry and humiliated and I left angry and unsure. One thing I was sure of is that he wasn't the Dr. to put braces on my son.
Unlike other dentists, he didn't call to remind us of our appts. Unfortunately, we missed some. The secretary there said they don't call non-paying patients. Yet, my insurance was charged $195.00 for orthodontic care we didn't receive. This may have been a mistake on the insurance company's part. That's very possible. I'll have to double check that and hope to get reimbursed because we received no orthodonic treatment there.
I hope Dr. Michael Don and his staff can learn from this review. I have.

Both of my children have gone to Dr Don for orthodontia. He is very thorough in explaining treatment and procedures to both them and to me. Appointments are easy to get (very accommodating). Professional and friendly staff.
I highly recommend him.
