Read Reviews for Dr. Daniel Grob
Although I feel that Dr. Grob's office is very efficient, clean and the staff is friendly, he hardly does any of the ortho work himself. He has a very large staff of assistants who do most of the work. He will check your child' mouth and tell the assistants what to put on as far as changing wires, brackets, etc.
My other child saw a different orthodontist who did all of the work himself because he felt that placement of brackets should not be left to an assistant.
He also quotes you one price (this happened to us twice and was the reason we found a second orthodontist) and then when you sit down with his insurance person to have an exact cost, both times it was more than 500.00 more than his estimate. My son's mouth did not need nearly the work that my daughter's did, yet he quoted us 750.00 more than he quoted for her mouth. We didn't feel he was ethical when it came to actual costs. When I complained about the difference in price, they told us they would be giving us a family discount and then took money off of the quote. I don't call it a family discount when you jack up the initial price so that you can then turn around and take part of the price off.

Dr G is my orthodontist. I waited until I was 33 to get braces and the experience was great. The staff is friendly and I get constant compliments on my smile. I saved $ on a family discount, but it was more expensive than some other places (worth every cent!). The office is clean and the service is good, but I wish they would have called with appointment reminders.
