Dr. Cain is an extraordenary orthodontist! We have been with him for 5 years and counting. He worked with my daughter and we had great results. Now we are in the process with my son. They are a great team.He has great payment methods. They treat their patients with respect and are very patient with them. They have a very clean environment through out the office. I will deffenetly recommend Dr. Cain to my family and friends.

I must say I have shopped around and after 3 quotes and observing the office settings and dealing with the different staff, Dr. Cain and his staff are the best! I feel if you are going to visit an office for more than 2 years, you and your child should feel comfortable. I felt comfortable at the first visit. Oh, and so far the results after 5mos are amazing! My family and I are extremely happy with the decision of starting treatment with Dr. Cain. Thank God we found Dr. Cain!
About Front Desk: At every appointment, we are greeted with a smile! Janet and Cleo are really helpful with insurance questions and billing! Again, all the staff are wonderful folks with great sense of humors!

What can I say? When I walk in, I'm treated like a rock star. As an adult undergoing orthodontia, the prospect of wires and speaking with an impairment can be daunting. But everyone in this office, led by Dr. Cain, makes me feel like I'm the most important patient they have and that adult braces are the most normal thing in the whole world. I'll be done in a few months and I can honestly say I will miss everyone of the people in this office.

Thank you for treating my boys with such kindness and expertise these past years. From the beginning, when Dr. Cain explained that he was in no rush and would work with the kids growth instead of against it, I knew your office would be the one we would use. The way every employee explains procedures to my boys before they start shows the respect you have for your patients. The front office staff has also been extremely helpful and courteous.

This will be our third time using the services of Dr. Cain and his staff. Our oldest son required two sets of braces. His teeth were really bad coming in and now at 17 he has a beautiful smile that really lights up when he smiles.. Our youngest son will require less time on his teeth. Could not recommend a better Orthodonitist in the area. Dr. Cain is very honest and up front regarding the necessary time needed to straighten the teeth.. If we had another son that required braces... we wouldn't go anywhere else!

Dr. Cain is an excellent orthodontist. He is honest and explains all procedures. He also has a wait and see attitude, as the kids grow things do change. He does not rush in and do a procedure that may not need to be done. My kids like his attitude and he talks to them like they were adults. I value his opinion and feel that I can contact him anytime about anything. The office staff is also friendly and helpful.
