my experience with braces was really good. I'm really happy with the results. it did make a huge difference because before i was embarrassed to smile. i liked the way the staff served me it was like we are family. i'm confident to smile now, and my smile is a million dollar smile, I LOVE my New SMILE :) Thanks to Dr. Zand and staff.
About Front Desk: The front desk girl always helped me with my busy schedule, she would call me a day before to remind me or if i forgot to get an appointment she would call me to give m one. you would think you are her only responsibility. Big Thanks to her too, I love u Evita

ust got my braces off and I couldn't be happier. My whole life I've been covering my smile up because of all the crowding I had. Not anymore. My teeth are perfect!! I love Dr. Zand

I haven't got the results I wanted, she did more damage to my teeth than I had in the beginning. Lots of overcharge, cheats a lot and lies a lot. On the top of all she has no manners , very rude to her customers, hates when beings asked questions. Reaction to questions is weird gets to attacking position trying to defense herself.

I was referred to her by my regular dentist. I just had my braces taken off after a little over two years and I am so happy with the results. She's an amazing dentist and I felt compelled to write a review for her online. I know that at times she's a bit rushed especially after school, but her work speaks for itself.

Dr does not pay attention and does not care about patients concerns. Dr. Does not believes patients report of incidents. Dr. Denies the obvious facts about the problems in her work. Dr looks down at patients. The technicians affected by her are the same. Quality of work is poor. Disrespectful.

when i was first recomendet with dr zand i was full of hope not knowing that this will be a huge mistake . She does not like to be asked anything ! Everytime i go for my monthly tightening she does not make an effort to explain to me what needs to be done . In fact, if you tend to ask her a question she get very upset and brushes you off and walks away. also, be aware of surprise charges . She is a complete rip off and just wants your money. e.x. she doesnt tell you that your payments every month and your downpayment for the braces doen not incude retainers . you have to keep on paying her unitl she decides to finish your teeth. and she intentionlly goes over the two year braces treatment timeline so you will continue paying . I am extremly unhappy with her and would not ever recomend anyone to her again . be smart and do your research before you set a foot in her office .

They just removed my sons braces and his jaw is moved to front because they tighted so hard that his bottom gumline looks crooked. So now he has overbite that he did not have before. So I am very concern and I'll not suggest this doctor to anyone.

Dr. Zand was so gentle and caring! My teeth look amazing already. Her prices are also more affordable than other Orthodontists in the area.
