The office is pleasant, and the doctor and his staff are all very friendly and helpful. My case involved correcting my bite as well as straightening my teeth, and both goals were met. The doctor initially used "turbos" behind my upper front teeth to restrict my bite, so that my upper and lower teeth on the sides and back of my mouth could come out more. He also used rubber bands on the side teeth to help this process. He did not rush the treatment, and was willing to leave my braces on for as long as necessary, even though this means more visits. Dr. Willes has a website where any patients can register and get a password to look at their own records on-line. His xrays and photos of my teeth before and after treatment were also posted on the web site for me to access. I downloaded and saved the photos, and could see the before and after comparison. I don't know of any other dentist that allows you to access your own photos and xrays on-line.
