As an adult, I needed to get braces throughout my entire mouth. I really dreaded the experience.
Working Dr Ron and Marsha was terrific. They are professional, efficient, and made me feel so relaxed and comfortable throughout the two years or so of the process. At the end, I looked pretty darn good!
In addition, appointments and check-ups were fast and easy. Sometimes, I even got in and out in 15 minutes (not even needing to get a parking validation). Oh yes, they validate.
In contrast, I had to see someone else, directly across the street for some treatments. HIS office would sometimes take TWO HOURS for a 15-minute check up.
I've got to say Dr. Ron and Marsha really spoiled me. I expect the same professionalism from everyone else. It's hard to live up to their standards.
