While Dr. Tabata is very nice he has his staff do all the work. Unfortunately, they go through many assistants every six months. The assistant will ask you if there is anything wrong with your treatment which doesn't make sense because then they are scared to tell him what your problems are when he comes to your chair. I have seen about 10 assistants come and go. Some are grouchy some are very nice. If you find a nice one that actually tells Dr. Tabata your concerns you can request to have her next time. Dr. Tabata does not want to hear you complain. But if the assistants dont tell them your concerns step up to the plate. For the most part he is very aloof of what is going on in his office. He will tell you to wear your rubberbands one way then on your next visit tell you that you were doing it wrong way and tell you to do it another way.
