I have never been so upset with any sort of office involving health as much as Dr. Torok's office. Her staff do not care for patients whatsoever. I have requested an itemized receipt from this office at least 7 times now and they keep failing to send it to me. I wonder why? Why are they hiding this high price I am paying for my braces? I called my insurance company and they agree the price is too high. I just want everyone out there to know what they are getting themselves into if they sign with this Dr. I have not had any luck yet in seeing this receipt, so if it comes down to it I just may have to resort to another form of action. Although I have not completed orthodontic treatment yet, I am highly considering switching somewhere else in LA so I do not have to put up with these irresponsible people anymore. I feel that this sort of service (even paying $1,000's of $) projects a lot of what may even happen to my teeth!!
