Everyone in the office is very friendly and energetic, but none can surpass Dr. Burnett who is always full of good cheer. I recently started treatment and can see dramatic changes already, and the doc went over the entire process with me in detail. They figured out all the insurance stuff ahead of time and are pleasant to associate with. The unfortunate thing is that they do not have a lot of availibility so I need to miss work to make most appointments and work around them. However you get what you pay for and he seems to be worth it, the appointments only take a few minutes, and there is no waiting around. One of the female assistants is new and young, does not seem to have a firm grip, but the other ladies and the guy are very quick and thorough. I had an instrument installed and no one really went over the process or explained what was going on till after it was all over they told me I would get used to it and hardly notice it was there. I think the red head describes things best and seems the most reassuring though because she told me up front it would not be pleasant. Small staff and they all seem to get along pretty well. There is nice music playing all the time (pop R&B) and the lay out of the office is nice.
