His hygienists and the staff at the front desk are really nice, helpful and gentil but he has horrible chair-side manners and everything has to be checked by him. On one visit I was kept waiting 40 minutes past my time because he was making a date for a round of golf with a patient's father and discussing why he was still single. He always tried to force things in my mouth and was constantly hurting me (like my retainer when it was made wrong the first time and was too wide and he forced it in anyway and left it there while I cried for five minutes before I asked to take it out as he was walking away). He also told me in the begining I'd have my braces off in 2 1/2 years. I got them off over six months late which isn't so bad in the long run except that he said it on track and didn't take care of the underlying cause. Now that I've had the braces off for 5 years my teeth are slowly shifting back (I still wear my retainer and it doesnt help, the gaps come back when its off) and because of the way he planned my teeth I had to get composits put on 2 of my teeth to make them bigger and now if they break or I want my teeth whitened I have to pay at least $650 per tooth because insurance doesnt cover them until 10 years later.
