Dr. Chan has the nicest office and the most friendly and efficient people working for him. I don't know how he does it but everyone seems so happy. Our dentist gave us 3 names of orthodontist to check out and we saw all three. With Dr. Chan our first visit was free and even included a free panoramic x-ray. Dr. Chan said our son wasn't quite ready for treatment so recalled us in 6 months while more teeth came in. When the time was finally right we took some plaster teeth models and something called an orthodontic survey which our friends had to go to a dirty lab on Rosemead but Dr. Chan's office has the digital x-rays and photos all in his office :). Dr. Chan explained the treatment and our options and his lady at the front desk was really helpful in scheduling appointments and handling the insurance. Payment plan was very easy and I even got miles on my CC! Dr. Chan is not the least expensive but his office is the best--clean, friendly, honest and quick. Parking is easy
